Random Dada

Lagi naman akong naggym halos araw-araw. Pagkadating ko nang gym, nakita ko na medyo bakante ung Mind & Body Studio tapos tinignan ko ubng schedule. Sakto! May schedule ng Body Balance class! Imbes na magbuhat ay naisipan ko na lang magBody Balance para maiba naman kahit papaano.

Nde ko naimagine na magiging ganun ako kapawisan kasi walang naman buhat-buhat dito. Natapos ung class na super relaxed ako at parang renewed! Naks! Minsan may naiidulot din palang maganda ang padalos-dalos na desisyon ko eh!
